Thanks to everyone for all the emails to us giving there availability for the films we are supplying supporting artists to at the moment. It is with regret we have had to turn down a feature film with a top cast from British TV and Film we we're going to be working on so not to over stretch ourselves but slowly slowly has always been my motto and not to fall into that trap of growing to quickly. Inevitably this happened but I would rather offer you paid work than low or non paid work and struggle for the sort of numbers of people we need when we have so much going on at the moment. We have a 100% record supplying supporting artists and everyone that we have ever supplied re-books us time and time again. This is down to you and wouldn't be possible without your hard work.that has put us where we are today. To start a brand new extras agency in the UK was never a real plan of mine it just sort of happened and it was the support I have had from the people loyal to the agency that made it possible and it was the same people that gave me the belief it would be possible. From the very beginning it has been a struggle to get paid work for us without a history of doing anything and its been almost impossible to get the trust of bigger and better productions. Lets face it the people that book any extras agency for a feature film have a major responsibility to the production company and its there arse if it goes tits up so its only normal that they go with agencies that are renowned for doing the job well and have a track record. That is why we started at the bottom and have had to work our way up. Its a bit like a being a actor its very rare that you go straight into a lead role. You would have had to do lots of work and probably unpaid to get the jobs you once dreamed of. Well thats the same as us and I believe we have done enough now to cement ourselves in the British independent film industry and are pushing now for the majors. I just want to stop here and say a personal thanks to the people that have backed us and had faith in us and I hope now I can repay that thanks by giving you better work and conditions. When did it all start
Just thought I would give you a progress report.
We have just finished on the remake of The Essex Boys. Bonded by Blood The story that I'm sure everyone remembers in the 90's because of Leah Betts and her overdose on ecstasy. It was always said when that film came out they wish they had concentrated on the gang and how they met themselves. Well this is that film written by Bernard O'mahoney who was part of the original gang and only one thats still alive
Another film was The Last Seven starring Tamer Hassan and Danny Dyer but although this east end gangster sort of films has been my route into films I've been working hard to go more main stream,
But anyhow we have just finished working with Sony BRAVIA. We we're booked to placed a 40 of our guys by one of the largest production companies that specialise in commercials in the UK. There previous adverts include the NIke and Budweiser brand to name a few. We are now there preferred agency for the future
A film doing well at the moment Sex, drugs and rock and roll starring Andy Serkis was one of our jobs last year. We placed 200 extras in it over 4 days.
My company which I've now in the middle of changing the name to The Lynch Casting Agency although we will always be known as The Lynch Mob within the industry is going from skywards We have been described by one well known writer who as worked in the business for many years. That what we have done and achieved is revolutunary
I'm off to Cyprus this month to recky the island and get in touch with the newspapers, uni's, and the Cyprus Tourist Organisation, (CTO) which have backed the film Mistress of the Rock and are also in the middle of some high profiles. One is called Billy its a government education film about knife crime and will be shown in every school. Of course I will keep doing the gangster films as it whats get us noticed.
I'm producing and have a 3 premieres over valentines weekend to coincide with the Film The Perfect Love Song. We have been making since last summer and have been franticly trying to get the edit together to coincide with its intended launch to coincide with Valentines Day. Its on at Bafta and also the Apollo Leicester Square.
I'm in development and Co-producer of Jack the Ripper and through all my contact we are at a advanced stage almost ready to go into preproduction. Full Cast list will be available soon and also in May we will be in Lowestoft filming a big budget movie for 5 weeks. News on that soon

Week 5 - Update
NO GRITTERS and my lovely new car
Well I set of for my acting job at Elstree on the cold winter morning of Weds 4th Feb.
I love living in Norfolk but sometimes its a bind for my work if I have to travel. The morning was going to be different to most.
On my way out of the back lanes of Norfolk I hit a bit of Black ice and my car took on a mind of its own. Has I was coming to a standstill from the skidding it took a direction that I couldn't control and I promptly crashed.
However while I inspected the damage not one but two separate accidents happened at the same spot within a few moments. One car rolling into a field and the other mounting the hedge and headed for 40 yds before coming to a stop in the field on the other side of the road. It wasn't long before the police drove past and thats what they did. They drove past. Probably heading back to the station for a cup of tea.
Anyway after a long and apologetic call to Jason the director of the film where I was due on set I waited for the tow truck to get my car away from the scene.
I decided that London was not going to be my goal that morning so I had a word with the person who had bought my old motor and asked if I could borrow it for a few days.
When I picked it up I decided to drop in on a film at Norwich Cathedral been filmed where I knew a lot of people that are my mates (Supporting Artists SA's) are on. Its called Combi Love starring Patrick Moorhouse the next Robert Mitcham. Bumped it to Oleg AKA Lazlo Vaslavsky from the Lazy Garlic commercials and Atul Sharma, Mark Barrows, Rachel Haines, Ricky Knight and a few of the other great Supporting Artists from The Lynch Mob Casting Agency.
Well on to London and on the way I got a call from Joe at Sony to give me the brief for Friday. While on the phone he through me a curve ball saying he needed 20 SA's for the following day. Knowing I wouldn't be able to sort this out for then next couple of hours I contacted Director Samuel Victor to give me a hand. Sam was great and by the time I got to London he had pretty much sorted it. So I did the thing anyone would have done after a car accident and went down the pub. The Fountain is a great bar in Chingford. I downed a few beers before meeting up with Sam and my pal Baz who offered me a his house to stay in.
On to the music video and it
was nice to see everyone of our SA's there, including again Mark and Oleg, Eltra, Red Line, Dave Taylor, Chloe Attkinson De Burgh, Darren Braithwaite, Anne de monte, Samuel and Alicja all keen and raring to go.
A great turn out and met
the production assist Joe Thomborn who up to now had just been a voice on the other end of the phone. He took me on to the set and I was blown away by the sheer size of it all. What they had done was recreate the stage from the 1991 Donnigton Park where AC/DC performed.
After taking it all in it was off for what was the next part of my day which was a costume fitting for the new film I'm doing later this month called Burke and Hare. This promptly went well and after getting trussed up into my period costume I was off to the production meeting that would hold a key for our future at The Lynch mob Casting Agency.
I was pressed for time now as I still had to cast the SA's for the Sony Bravia shoot tomorrow. Get ready for me judging the F1 Models that are going to Monaco, All was going well until I was informed that I also had to cancel the 20 they had used today. This is the part of the job I hate.. It makes us look unprofessional but thats just part of the work we do.
Around 8pm I'm not ready but everyone wants to leave for the Models party at The Collection in Kennsington so I'm getting dressed and still casting for tomorrow. Thank god for my Blackberry. I sent out a message to out 1200 people on the books and waited to see wh
o is up for it. While in the car I was thinking how can I do this and also judge this event as its bound to be a noisy affair. Well thank god for my phone I wrote the brief including the location, call time and wardrobe as a note in my Blackberry and pasted it to people who replied. Thank goodness but by around 11pm I had the people that I wanted and so could relax. Judging was great by the way although I never gave a 10. Only my wife gets a 10 lol. Thanks to Claire-Louise and Bernice for inviting me and to compare Stuart Anthony (See image) for a top night. It was great to see so many friends there including Katie Clegg, Debbie Shelborne, Nigel Baxter, Jedz and Alijca
ADR done and it went well. I'm officially wrapped on 'The Perfect Love Song' We went out to celebrate with some of the other cast. Mo Idris, Baz, Maria Shilliam and Sophie Mcmaster. Can't wait to see you all again.

Friday arrived long before i needed and I felt a bit delicate but got the tube to Park Royal for the 2nd day of the Sony Shoot. Met Colin Osborne, Carly Beales, Simone Shamplina, Phoenix James and the rest of the SA's and it was nice to spend some time with them before I had to be back in Chingford the other side of London for some ADR with Samuel Victor for his film 'The Perfect Love Song' I knew that Sam was under pressure to have me as the premiere is on the 14th Feb. My ADR is the voice dubbed on to the film where the sound quality was a bit suspect on the original filming. This is quite normal in films but never the less had to be done today as Sam was traveling back to Somerset at 5am Saturday morning So here is where I turned my phone off so not to be side tracked.
ADR done and it went well. I'm officially wrapped on 'The Perfect Love Song' We went out to celebrate with some of the other cast. Mo Idris, Baz, Maria Shilliam and Sophie Mcmaster. Small acting job on tomorrow for Director James Sharpe, James made has made several films including Halfway to Heaven that was featured by Channel 4. Tomorrow I play the role of Ross
Due into Elstree on Thursday afternoon for a fitting for the new film from Director John Landis, Srarring Andy Serkis

Johnny's RELIABLE and PUNCTUAL, and brings laughter but can be serious with a patient and compliant attitude and a genuine interest in TV and Film work.
Apart from that he trained as a PADI Scuba Diving Professional, Open water scuba instructorl Emergency First Response Instructor, TDI Advanced Nitrox, Deep Diver and Decompression Specialist, Oxygen Administrator, Underwater Photographer, Equipment Specialist, Air Enriched Nitrox & Rescue Diver
He traveled the world with his scuba diving, teaching new divers but his love is underwater photography.....Johnny also has 2 seasonal business's in the leisure industry
It was his interest in film work that led him to forming 'The Lynch Mob Casting Agency' since set up in 2009 he has over 2000 people now on his books.
